| Friday, June 21 - afternoon | Arrivals, and gather in the Lakeside Fire Pit area for afternoon beverages |

| Friday, June 21, 8:30 pm to 10:00 pm | Gather on the Maple private patio after dinner for s'mores and beverages |
| Saturday, June 22, 8:30 - 9:30 am | Continental Breakfast, Pecan Room |
| Saturday, June 22, 9:30 - 11:30 am | Annual Chapter Business Meeting, Pecan Room |
| Saturday, June 22, 11:30 - 4:30 | Lunch on your own, pool, pickleball, kayaks, tennis, hiking, golf, and many other activities available |
| Saturday, June 22, 4:30 | Drop off raffle items in Potomac room |
| Saturday, June 22, 5:30 - 6:30 | Cocktails (cash bar) and ticket purchase for raffle items, Potomac and Terrace Patio |
| Saturday, June 22, 6:30 - 8:30 | Buffet Dinner, Terrace Patio |

The reunion registration fee is $155/person. This includes Saturday breakfast, meeting rooms, cocktail hour, and dinner. Friday dinner and all Sunday expenses are not included. Registration needs to be received by Susan Goodwin prior to May 30, 2024. Please mail your check to Susan Goodwin, 312 Cherry St, Bridgeport, WV 26330. Please feel free to also include your 2024 membership dues in the same mailing (total of $175).

Reunion registration fees are fully refunable until May 15, 2024. Cancellations between May 16 and May 31 are 50% refundable, and cancellations after May 31 are non-refundable. Please contact us a KDalumWVU@gmail.com if you have any questions about the cancellation policy.
